bat93 targets withdrawal processing within four hours of a request being approved, for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and via Raast are typically settled within one business day. These are target processing times and may be affected by payment provider availability or pending KYC requirements.
bat93 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard withdrawals. The full PKR amount approved for withdrawal will be transmitted to your nominated payment method. Your payment provider's own receiving fees, if any, are outside bat93's control.
Important: bat93 will never ask you to send funds to a personal mobile account or WhatsApp number as part of a deposit or withdrawal process. You may request permanent or temporary closure of your bat93 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests for responsible gaming reasons are processed immediately. Closure requests in other circumstances are processed within two business days. Any eligible remaining balance in your PKR Wallet will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC and AML checks.
Upon permanent Account closure, your licence to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Any pending bonus funds or wagering requirements are forfeited.
